State Representative Terrie Wood, R-141, and Rachel Hathaway, a senior at Darien High School. Hathaway won first place in the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women’s 2010 Young Women’s Leadership Program essay contest at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford Tuesday.
